Does anybody have some functional documentation about the service module. I have search in the site of support but there's nothing.

What version of BAAN are looking at?
BAAN IV or BAAN V?

There are major differences in the Service functionality between these two.

Unfortunately I do not have standard BAAN IV Service documentation available myself.
My earlier remark whether documentation for BAAN IV Service or BAAN V Service was needed, was solely put out there for other members to see what BAAN version Carlos was using . Then, if somebody would have documentation they could provide it directly to him.

Since nobody indicated via this forum they had anything the best person to contact is the account manager at the local BAAN sales office and ask him/her for this.

I got this documentation for Baan IVc4 Service from someplace... I hope this helps...
