I am trying to solve the following problem and need a bit of help please:

In this case we are trying to close a Project with status = Finished, but when we run Process Transactions the message 'No data within selection' is displayed, the status stays Finished and no transactions are created. I've checked that there are no outstanding Purchase Orders, I couldn't see any outstanding invoices and there were no extension transactions. The help also mentioned something about commitment and actual cost transaction, but I couldn't see any of these. I'm not sure what else to look for. Have anyone come across this before?

Are you using BAAN IV or BAAN V?

Hi Maria,

It looks like all outstanding transactions in your project have been processed to Finance.
Please change the status of the Financial Result of the project from "Free" to "Determine Result".
You can do this in the session "Project Status".

This step is necessary before the project can be set to "Closed".
