I need your help on service module.
Can you pleaSE tell me how cost type work hours can be accounted as cost in service module.
I tried the following:
Make a manual service order
Add a service item to the cost estimation.
Report the service order complete.
At the time of booking actual costs link an employee to the item cost of item appears as cost.
Run analyse actual costs.
In display actual costs costs are appearing as zero and also no account codes can be seen.
do you have any clue?

Hi Mohit,

Please verify whether you created a Task with a billing rate in Service which is associated to your cost item.
In case of the Cost Type "Work Hours" in tssma3110m000 you also have to populate the fields Employee and Task so that the correct sales and cost rates are displayed in that session.
