Hi,

There's an error when I update my project status to 'Finishes' and Financial result status 'Result Determine'
Error : "Project not reported completed, actual purchase costs not updated (purchase orders)".

When I check the 'Invoice Information on PO - this is not fully matched, even the PO completely received and invoiced.

Appreciate your help.

Have you processed the material costs & Commitments(if any) for the project?

Hi,

This happens because there are Purchase Order which the Invoices are not matched in AP.
once I matched the all AP invoices, I managed to update the Project Status = 'Finished' and Financial Result Status = 'Determine Result'.
