Hello Friends ,

We are going to define a new Call in the Call (tsclm11m000) session in the Infor 10.3 .

After inserting all the required relevant data when we tries to save it , it is giving the error message " call center" not found and does not saves the record .

This call center field is on the Routing tab of the session , which is a disabled field and fetching the value from somewhere else .

We had also to find the Call center session so that we can mantain it manually but no where found .

Appreciate the help of experts in this case .

Hi,

Can you try this -

Employees - General (tccom0101m000). For the "user" the departement field must be available.

In the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) the"user" can be created via the "Login Code".
