Hi,

We want to set a process where users are forced to maintain project hours on or before time.

We run financial statement every end of the month, if we allow users to maintain project hours anytime for any period.,Values might be varies in financial statement and it is not correct
.
Please advice and provide a solution, how we can restrict employee to maintain project hours for a given period.

you could create a Weeks Period Table for a each Month (4 Weeks). Inserting this Table in the Project Progress Parameter / Peoples Parameter Table.
This excercice needs to be done per Month.

In Peoples Time Recording, it only possible to insert data for a valid period.

The first week is always 1 and you can insert data up to 5. But for week 6 its all blocked!

Try / test this, maybe it will solve your problem.

It works fine!! I got one more option to block maintain project hours for a given period. We can restrict user through AMS and every month we can set read permission of a previous period for Project hours table for all users.
