we are trying to convert to service order status from "completed" to "costed"
but we get the below error.

It seems the "To Warehouse Line" which was created for non consumed qty. is deleted and the reference still exist in field "Replacement For" of "From Warehouse Line".

PS: I do not have data to check the error details in our environment. I am just sharing this information based on my experience in my previous company with in this module. Service module is not implemented and no data exist in our firm to check complete details. Please ignore my reply if it does not solve your issue.

Will it be possible to send the screen shots of (detailed sessions) your Actual Material Lines against this Service Order? I will try to check some more details.

Just I am sharing my point that please check the Activity Line.. It should not be "0".
Please if the answer wrong please ignore my reply...

Hi,

You must link all the Actual Material Lines to one of the Activtites which is not in Costed status. After linking when you try to cost this Activity line, system will automatically create Actual Material Line of Delivery type "To Warehouse" for the non consumed items, which will have to be received in the Warehouse..
