Hi everyone

I am using LN6.
Just would like to know where these two fields are kept.
In tssoc2110m000, in the Call page, you will see these two fields
but they are not in tssoc210 table.
Where are they kept?

thanks n regards

These fields are coming from the Call table - tsclm100.

- tsclm100.rprl - Reported Problem
- tsclm100.exsl - Expected Solution

They would be available if the Call was transferred to a Service Order.

Hi

Sorry for double posting.

I created the service order in tssoc2110m000 in co. 810 and entered the Reported Problem and Expected Solution in this screen.

But when i go see the table tsclm100 for co.810, the table is empty with no records.
So where is it being kept, i still do not know
Please advise

thanks n regards,

OK, so it looks like you are entering Service Orders without first registering a Call and then transferring the Call to a Service Order. If you register a Call first, Reported Problem and Expected Solution definitely come from the Call table.

Dynamic Forms Editor for your session shows the fields as frm.rprl and frm.expr. Without source code, I can't tell where the fields are originating from.

Maybe you could log an incident with Infor and they can tell you where the fields are coming from when a Call is not first registered.

Oops ... It looks like Bernd gave you the solution on your other Tools thread.

Hello Mike,

have a look at the "double post" , please.
http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?t=62730

The user is able to maintain the fields by zooming.

problems to tcclm3130m000

solutions to tsclm3135m000

without maintaining a call first.

If you are entering reported problem and expected solution in tssoc2110m000 then the values are saved in table tsclm350 - service resolution - probability analysis.
