Did anyone facing this problem or any idea how to carry out the copy function for service contract with multiple lines of configurations.

In the same service contract, when there is change of ownership, my client would like to expire the existing contract and copy to new service contract for new customer.

However, when use the duplicate function in the service contract, it cannot copy the detail configuration lines, as every service contract, there is more than 100 lines of configuration items.

If use the generate configuration line with cluster, it did not generate with the coverage terms.

Please advice.

We came up against the same limitation - but never found a solution.
We do not have many configurations lines so we managed to live with it.

Most of the contract do carry more than 10 configuration lines.

Also very often they use the copy function.
