Hi All,

When add in Project Estimated Line for Generic Item (with Product configuration setting), when save system prompted error -

"Transaction is on. Cannot continue".

The product variant item is created but cannot save.

However the line can be save, if the product variant field is manually updated later with product variant created before saving.

Hi,

"transaction is on" is generally caused by an programming error/bug. Is your programming customized in any way? If yes then call the programmer else look to Infor for a solution.
