I use incidental change in Contract to make a reduction in the contract value from some specific installment to the end of contract. My question is if I need to enter also a new configuration line in the change.

I have found that without doing this new configuration line in the change the system does make nonsense calculations when cancelled.

Please advise on the right way to use incidental changes.

Hi Jose,

With the incidental changes, you do not need to insert new configuration line.

Just make sure that the Incidental field is tick with amount.

When process the Contract Changes, add in new line with incidental amount, in the second tab, update instalment lines if needed.
