Can anyone let me know that why ship to field is showing with workcentre insted of Business Partner in warehouse order .My order origin is service order.And configuration master also have ownership with External.

As shown in the attachment it is the standard functionality.In my case both BP as well as WC are coming without entering any item in Service(manual) lines.

May be you check out with Warehouse order type?
