When I look at the functionality within Baan ERP Service,I wonder why it is not as popular as the rest of Baan modules.
I have done this in the past and I strongly feel that marketing Baan Service to the Existing Baan 5 customers is easy. The customers will see value in Baan service as an alternate to acquiring a CRM to meet their Customer support and field service needs.
