Hi,

I have maintained the maintenance concept for an item and generated predicted activities. But after running generate maintenance plan, I am unable to generate planned activities.

Please can anyone let me know the checks and setups in case I have missed out, for doing the same.

Looks very complex, but the steps are outlined in:

Infor ERP LN 6.1 FP6 Service - User's Guide for Field Service (U9000B US)

Hi Fionad,

Try to check infor 360 for any update over solutions

Hi Fionad,

I tried the same steps that you indicated in your attachment on our system and got the same error message that you did when Generating the Maintenance Plan.

Just for the heck of it, in the Serialized Items session, I changed the Usage Class on the Service Control tab to 003 - Low Usage, and was able to Generate the Maintenance Plan.

I have put my query on infor 365 but haven't got a response as yet.

Also there is no solution for the problem I am facing.

On generating maintenance plan, I am now getting unable to determine planned working start time.

On generating maintenance plan, I am now getting unable to determine planned working start time.

In Generate Maintenance Plan, try playing around with the Time Ranges instead of running it wide open.

Select a smaller range or
Select Start Date of Serialized Item in the Start Maintenance Cycle Setting
