in LN ERP ,ON THE CALL SESSION (SERVICE MODULE) ,WHY SUBCONTRACTING OPTION IS INACTIVE WHY I CANT JOIN THE CALL WITH SUBCONTRACTOR

In order to assign (transfer) a Call to a subcontractor:

- Add a Subcontract Agreement with the Business Partner (subcontractor)
- Assign a Cluster (group of serialized items) to the agreement or add Subcontract Agreement Lines for each Serialized Item to be serviced
- Print the External Purchase Documents
- Activate the Subcontract Agreement
- Add a Call for one of the Serialized Items on the Subcontract Agreement
- Transfer the Call to the Subcontractor
