Hi,

Can anybody answer me that in Service Package, Cluster Line Item status is showing To be installed whenever I create new Item.Reason being is that Service Contract is already activated.Other Cluster Line item is in Installed Status because it was created before Service Contract activation.

Ya u r absolutely right after activating the contract the newly add item has the status of To be Installed.

Hi Ahmed,

Here there are two cases for the status of the serial in Cluster line.

1) No contract exist
In this case, whenever you attach a serial to cluster line, the status will be automatically installed.

2) When contract exists
In this case, as the Service contract exists for the cluster, the status will be To be installed. Whenever the service contract is revised and activated again, this status will be automatically changed to Installed.\
