Please help me out to investigate the following issue.

Found some of the hours registered in tpppc2531m000 session, approved or processed two times. Or I found some of the hours transfered to "Labor Cost History" session two times.

I'd like to find out...

1. Who entered the hours?
2. Who approved / processed the hours?

Hope the question scenario is clear or please let me know in case of more information required.

i don't understand whether transactions have been registered twice and therefore also show in history twice or that one transactions is processed twice. In the first scenario check the login of who registered the transaction. In the second scenario it would be an error.
Did you register time in People or Project?
