I am using service module in LN.

We have one scenario where Amount is showing Zero after releasing the Service order in Actual Material against one particular Item.Currently Service order status is Released.What could be the reasons?

Hi,
Check item Sales data in Item general. You may not have maintained Sales Price, and also check Item service data ,whether the service price is maintained .
