We are using BaaIV (B40c.90 Dutch language). We have been looking for a place in Projects where we can register the location of a project.

When making a project number you have a tab where you can mention the work address. But here you can fill in an actual address like street with zip-code etc.

The problem is that a part of our projects do not have a address. So we are looking for a place where we can enter something like longitude/latitude en height. Does anybody know if there is a logical place for this in BaanIV in combination with the project number? Or do we need to misuse the address fields?

I am afraid that in Baan IV you will have to (mis) use some existing fields. For example the telephone and telefax fields if you don't need these of course. In ERP LN more fields are available but that will not help you right here and now.

If you have a develop license you can easily add new fields to the project table and make the fields available on the form.

Develop license is pretty cheap now a days, so if you don't have one you could consider to buy one.
