Hello,

A Baan User named « prdtechm » is trying to access under the Services Module, the session “Call List” (tsclm1509m000) (and subsequent ones) but each time he calls that session he is getting a message:

“Support Engineer not maintained for the Login Code prdtechm”

How can I set this user up so he has the Support Engineer status activated in BAAN??

Create Employee - Service Data
Also create User Profile in Service Module
