Dear Friends,

We are the service company and want to sell and maintain and track several services through Infor ln service module.

There is one scenario , We required to send labor for some service at customer site. Once he will return, he need to report how much time he has spent at site for knowing the actual cost .

Can any body tell , how we can map this. so we can capture sales value as well as actual cost.

Hi

This can be mapped by maintaining a Service Order. Maintain estimate on it . Then perform labor entry using "Global Registration of hours"bptmm1201m000.This way labor hours can be determined for a Service Order. If labor codes are used then cost of the labor can also be obtained.
