Can anybody please let me know how to change the status of a Serialized

item which is owned by Customer from "Revision" To "Active" status. This

status field is presently disabled .

Take a look at your Configuration Management Parameters - tscfg0100m000 and make sure that Configuration Status Usage is checked on.

Also ... If the serialized item is a child item in a physical breakdown, its status cannot be set. Only the status of the top most serialized item can be set.
