Hi All,
Can anybody help ...
while doing hours accounting, after process the labor hours , the line number is changing from 10 to 20. It is creating 2 line in the actual cost as well as in the estimated cost , with zero value.
It is demo license server where i am testing , please help me out .....

Hi Nadeem,
Did you use WTS? this can result in multiple hours accounting lines.

Hi Adriaan,
No i am not using WTS.
It is like this when i am assigning a Customer to the service order , it is creating
2 lines, where as when Customer is not assigning , then it not creating
2 lines.
I cannot find any relation of Customer with Hours accounting.
Hope i have explained.

Hi Nadeem,
It is standard functionality in LN that when you create an Estimated Labor Costs Line, the line number typically will be line 10.
Then when you do hours accounting and the Actual Labor Costs are updated you will get a separate line number (line 20). Line 10 coming from the Estimated Labor Costs line will also show up in the Actual Labor Costs session with a value of zero.
However, if during hours accounting you select the Estimated Labor line then the system will create only one Actual Labor Cost Line (line 10). In that case the Estimated Labor Cost line has been "copied" to the Actual Labor Cost line.
Please try to select the Estimated Labor Cost line in the Hours Accounting session and let us know if it worked.

Hi Edwin,
I am selecting the Estimated Labor line while doing the hours accounting.
Still it is creating a new line.
FYI i am doing it in the Demo server...

Hi Nadeem,
I do not think the demo server has anything to do with this.
Either it is standard functionality that two lines are created when linking the Estimated Labor Costs during Hours Accounting or it is a bug that should be logged with Infor Support.
Unfortunately I do not have access to an LN system right now and cannot really help you any further.
