Hi there,
I see warranty field in Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) is greyed out for some of the Items/SNs. I suspect this is cause of the costs booked on the Term ID linked to that particular item/sn. Now I can't change the warranty anymore. Please help me to know the real cause of this problem and tell me how can I change the warranty in this case.
