I have an Query

1. Defining project and allocating budget for the same project

Now I want to assign the finished products(item) to this project

I want to make invoicing on monthly basis for this project.

e.g project (999999) item=abcd rate=10 qty=100 value=100 ( jan 09)
project (999999) item=abcd rate=10 qty=25 value=250 ( feb 09)

i want to report for our internal use viz.

project (999999) item=abcd rate=10 qty=100 value=100 ( jan 09) with std. cost
project (999999) item=abcd rate=10 qty=25 value=250 ( feb 09)(with std. cost)

where and how to generate in LN 6.1 please advice

If you use milestone invoicing you can basically specify amount and time of invoices

How did you set up the project?

Installment Invoicing or Cost Plus?

With Cost Plus you can Invoice every Month. Everything which has been created or recorded for the project.

To give more information I would need to have a better idea about the project itself.
