After converting Planned PRP Purchase Order to Purchase Order, where can we see the link, I mean where can wee see which Planned PRP PO was converted to which Purchase Order? :confused:

Hi, when you convert the PRP PPO(plan Purchase order), the Plan PO has been transfer to Purchase control module. and the original Plan purchase order number(PRP-PO number) will lost.

But, you can found the relationship between the PRP Purchase requirement and the PO in the session（tppss6850m000),and you can use the session to trace the Requirment and the delivery status.

I already saw this session, but this session doesnt give the PRP Purchase Order Number :(, it only shows the relationship for the item and the PO number, alongwith delivery details.. Is there no way to get the Planned PRP Purchase Order Number and the related Purchase order Number :confused:

Yes, there will be no link.Once it is transferred it will lose its planned order refernce

The PRP Plan purchase order is only used temporarily,when you convert the PRP planed purchase order into Purchase control, the Number will lost. there is no need for keep this number untill you complete the project.

So, you can only trace the requirement in the project and the PO in purchase control, that is okay.
