Hi,

For a Service Contract which is in 'Active' status, I'm not able to put the configuration line in its Contract Installments as it is dimmed. The Installment status is still in 'free' status, the same problems exists with other Installment for the same contract...

Any suggestion. ... ..

Hi Cyprus,

I haven't looked at the Service forums for a while and just read your post. You said the solution was attached but I don't see an attachment. Can you repost with the solution?

Also, your issue was with FP2/FP3. Do you know if this also applies to FP5?
