INFOR has an add-on product called Service Scheduler that can be used in combination with b50 and LN Service.

Service Scheduler is indeed an easy to implement logical extension to ERP LN Service and Baan 5.0c Service. The tool provides more than a Gantt. It is vritually a portal to access all scheduling related data and application sessions through the graphical user interface.
