What is the meening of RAM and Cluster in service module of BAAN IV C.

Hi,

There is no meaning for RMA and Clusters in b40_c Service because they do not exist there.
RMA can be done through tdsls as a return sales order and the concept of configurations/clusters has been introduced in b50_Service and ERP LN Service.
In b40_c Service you can set up installations but that cannot even be compared to configurations and clusters.
So, do not be upset about this and just accept for what it is.
