We have a problem in the Maintenance module of Service.


I have linked a calendar to an object of a configuration. This object can only be serviced on a Monday so I have linked a calendar to it with an availability type thas has only working hours on mondays.
When running the session 'Generate Maintenance Planning', an error occurs:
' Unable to determine the Workable Planned Starttime at 01112001'. But the system should be able to find a workday on Monday.

Has anyone experience with this problem? What is the solution?

I have experience in this area and would like to know how your calendar relationships have been setup.
Do you use a company calendar as well? How is the availability type defined that is linked to the service type of the planned activity?
