We are currently running the Baan IV b4 version under Informix / Unix. I would like to know if anyone in the group has implemented the SPF module in service (symptoms / problems / fixes).

I am looking for a write-up of the module, how this will affect service order processing after this parameter is turned on, Is this applicable only to Warranty or all other service types also, How to turn it on only for Warranty, etc...

Any help on this would be appreciated.
