Dealing with a question which Baan help doesn't answer:
In tsmdm0130m000 I can create Servicetypes where I have to choose a Serviceprocedure, which seam to be standard procedures. But where can I find the details of these procedure. I was looking for ordersteps as in purchase and/or sales orders.........
