Please advice how to solve this problem.

This smells like a software error (error 1308) and I wonder if you have a customization done in tppdm6100m000.
If so then the person who built the customization should be able to fix this.
If there is no customization then I would go to BAAN Support and ask them what is going on.
Usually an error message like this is no data related problem and something more related to the software.

Error 308 could be a problem with index. Check indexes.

I have deleted tppdm600 from the table and dumped from the seq.dump .
now it is woking fine.
