Hi Carlos,
Replacing components in session tssma1206m000 should not create any inventory transactions but if a replacement is done in session tssma3110m000 by using the cost type "Material" inventory transactions will be created. Just like any ordinairy material cost transaction in tssma.
Hope this helps and let me know whether this works for you.

Thanks Edwin,
Is this transaction a negative outbound for the replaced component?, it does returns the material to inventories?
Thanks for your help again.

Hi Carlos,
I do not have ILC implemented here on my test machine so I cannot verify this by testing.
However, since 'normal' inventory transactions are created I expect a negative outbound transaction will be created for the component that replaces the other one in case ILC has been implemented.
The component that is being replaced will not automatically be taken into inventory as soon as it has been returned. You still have the option to increase inventory manually of course.
I suggest you test this on your test machine to verify my theoretical explanation.

Edwin
