any idea, the Services package, if there is a Service Order Quotation available.

I want to prepare a quotation for the service order; Print Quotation; Approve Quotation and then only start the work order;

there is one Service Order Estimate but doesnt allow us to put the Quotation price; it takes the cost price by default.

I assume there is, for in Baan V there is quite good functionality around service quotations. Can't however tell you exactly about Baan IV

Service order quotation is not available in BaaN IV, it's available only from BaaN V

Oh oops, sorry for the false alarm then...

Baan IV not even the SP18 like may have this Service Quotation.

finally I added a Quotation Wrapper session over Service Order, in my Baan IV.

Like Maintain Service Order Quoattion (=Estimate but with Qty, price and discounts); Approve Quotation (Service Order Lines re-phrased to be ready for Actual Cost and Revenue steps while approving Auotation; And a Print Quotation; done for the purpose.
