We are using BaaN IV c4 with Windows NT and SQL 7.0 options.
We have man hours data in legacy system, we can convert it into excel format.
This data I want to update in tphrs1100m000(maintain accounting transactions) how to update in the system.

Is is possible with simple solutions or do we need to use Exchange script and coding.

Is there any software supports to import from standalone and update the maintain accounting transactions.

Please advice.

are you sure about your planned way of moving hours to Baan. How do you make sure, that the hours registered match with your hours planned in the budget (Labor line, activity, Extension if used, Element) ?

I don't know you fomal solution for hours registration, but I think, it would be good to make sure, that those details are being considered and that you a.) either register hours direct in Baan hsr, oder b.) down load the labor budget with all those details to your hsr - system to make sure your reported hours being consistend with your budget.

As a solution, I would rather see a real interface than a link where excel sheets being used.
