DO WE NEED TO MAINTAIN tpppc0101m000 parameter for year 2005.
because we have not closed year 2004 period. is it ok to maintain now.
let me know is there any impact on finance module.

I assume you are thinking of the period references as present in the ppc session. They are defaults for entry and Build actual cost control. Nothing will go wrong in / to Finance whether you modify them or not.

hotjens is quite right! The parameter does not play a significant role. Just make sure, that the project periods are synchroniced with the finance periods, otherwise you will have trouble with creating a new project.
