could you speciyf your request in more detail ?



If you use Baan Service, and you like to insert costs of Service Orders in Project (TP), unfortunatly there is no automatic link like in PCS - Project.

In this case you might consider inserting SO- Costs manually, as a total per period. But you need to eliminate those entries for Finance, either in Service or in Project.

To distribute the cost to different periods, one has to cost the cost lines in different periods as per the contract installment periods which is not practical.
The ERP system does not have this feature to evenly distrbute costs of the service order.
What is the key reason to have this type of feature..... Is it needed to fulfil certain legal provisions...
