I would like to know how other Service-Users handle with installations who are scrapped or out of order.
Do you delete the installation? (very difficult - references)
If you do not delete the installations, how do you see in print lists what installations are scrapped or out of order?

We have an installation type of XXXXX - installation removed.

We can then exclude this from reports.

We do not want to delete it as sometimes we still want to know about some history.

Hi Thomas,

we make a new relation between installation en location (site?) where the name of the location (site) is a non-existing one, say "scrapped". That is an easy way to recognize those installations, without destroing your history.
