I was not able to find any thread which tells which Anti virus software are installed in Baan Server windows OS version. Now Symantec / Norton had stopped release of Anti virus (server) for Window NT.

I think this thread will help users / administrator to know which Anti virus software is Best for Baan server in terms of security / firwall / memory usage.

I added ClamAV (http://www.clamav.net) (Open Source) to the poll

Norton supports well for Server. Only thing is that we have to exclude the database to speed up the connectivity.

Your forgot to add Kaspersky Server Edition.

This one is really a must on a critical server !

IMHO the best anti virus software for windows serwers is Linux. Only one disadvantage : you have to reinstall Baan after applying that ultimate solution :D

my antivirus on baan server running NT4 is also outdated.. since 25 Oct 05
