Would support for mozilla firefox by onepoint.support.com make your life easier? Do you have troubles opening or adding to inquiry activities with firefox?

I've had that problem with Mozilla, but in a lot of places. Whenever I hit a site with the fancy new web programming they do, where the screens are dynamic and options pop in and out, Mozilla is glitchy. Though it pains me greatly, I've stopped using Mozilla for now.

I would dare to say that in 90% of the cases Mozilla is not 'glitchy' but webdesigners are using features that are specifically targeted at Internet Explorer users and bluntly igore everybody else. Firefox/Mozilla 'compliancy' (or better W3C compliancy) is an absolute must for a website with a broad audience.

I use Safari and Opera. (I run mostly on a Mac) and onepoint.ssaglobal.com works fine with both of them. Safari is built on Mozilla's engine.

Safari is based on khtml rendering engine, which powers konqueror (the KDE web browser). It is not based on the gecko rendering engine that Mozilla Firefox.
