Who is using purchase orders with an ordered quantity of 0 and amount <> 0 for stockkeeping items? If so, what are the reasons to use it?
1 - Correction for a wrong price on the purchase order line
2 - Correction for a wrong invoice sent by the supplier
3 - Other reason
