Is your environment setup to prevent users from saving passwords in the BW Client (solution #19276)?

We don't stop users from doing it, just strongly suggest it. We require their network passwords to be changed every 3 months which keeps them out of Baan until they re-save their password so they don't bother anymore. It can also be a security issue if they leave their computer unlocked.

I think my wording isn't quite right on this. Perhaps it should have been "Has your organization setup system level controls to prevent users from saving their passwords?"

As much as we would like to trust our users to follow company policy, a lot of users when given the chance opt for convenience.

I am realizing now how difficult it is to word a poll or survey to get accurate results
