I'm trying to make a boi with tisfc0202m000, but 'ccboi0102m000' tell me that qdlv.frm can't 'Both or Write no allowed for qdlv.frm', why?

Please read the BOI Development Manuals. By default u can not handle the form fields. But u can write code yourself for the form fields in the BOI. Also in such occasion u need to make the changes in the proxy generated by the idl compiler. Its a very lengthy process.
