Hello every body,

I try to start webtop but i have one problem:

It gives me the following message:

"Virtual machine not installed"

I downloaded the following file to install Vm and i receive the following message during installation:

The virtual machine you try to install is a system protected component and can't be updated only with a actual version of your operating system or a service pack.

I have internet 6 SP1 ; somone can help me

Thank you very much.

Guess you have to ask your system admin to install the vm for you as localadmin.

Webtop 4.0 uses Sun Java VM 1.4.2 or higher. Microsoft VM support has been dropped from Webtop 4.0. Webtop 4.0 is General Available as of 25 march 2005.

Use 4.0, it is 100% better as the old version. I am sure that you will like it.

You need to order a CD via your Account Manager or support

Kindly let us know where to order for CD?

Meanwhile you don't need to order WebTop 4.0 on CD. Look at Solution 142977 in the Knowledge Base for the actual version
(its large, more then 111 MB if you need to download all).
