Web application using BOI interface into Baan is receiving "ccbois0027, Switching to Company failed"

Any ideas what to check? I am able to log into Baan as interface user and change companies (so I believe permissions are okay...).

User's startup company was changed by BOI Developer--this resolved this error.

Hi Brendan,

Can you please elaborate about the mentioned solution as we are facing same error with one of the interface (PDM) in Baan IV.
Please provide the stepwise procedure
