In named user licencse for E-sales 2.3 and E-Colloboration, Unable to create users, E- Entrerprise licensing . number of users exceeds the total number of license.

We got 70 named user license.

In Baan support site, asked to change from user type heavy to light....

After changes to user type - light.. still unable to create

what is the difference between heavy and light users.

please help..
