I'm configuring Adapter2.3. In that I have give Server URL and Server root for LDAP type of directory service. Can anybody please tell how to create this server root? Also how to import the file "BusComponent.ldif" for configuring LDAP Directory Service?

Based on the LDAP directory server you are planning to use, you could either use their proprietary Toolset or a generic LDAP browsing/editing utitly.

Use a utility, it would be a straight forward task to import and 'ldif' file to LDAP.
