Has anyone out there who is using Baan BIS made the transformation from OLAP front end to Crystall?

My company is considering the move and I would be grateful for comments / queries / issues from anyone who has already undergone this change.

no, but instead of using the client delivered with edm1.2 (baan enterprise decision navigator) we are now using excell in office XP to read the local cube files that we generate for our sales people. For an average sales guy excell (pivot functionality) is much easier to learn and understand than the edm client (which from an IT point of vue could maybe be more powerfull)

We are reviewing currently but are concerned with revised costing structure with Crystal and before committing would advise you investigate costs ( all of them ) in using Crystal

Also concerned as Crystal seem to change their modules at each release which might result in additional resource to update
