We r taking 0 level backup daily,

on tape -s -L 0

since last 3-4 days backup is getting completed by saying

10 % complete
20 % complete
30 % complete
40 % complete
50 % complete
60 % complete
70 % complete
80 % complete
100 % complete

Backup complete

Now my question is why it doesn't show 90 % complete ??

if write 'Backup Complated' on your system then backup is ok.

If you want to control your backup. you can use "archecker" command.

I wouldn't worry about the missing 90% line. If you really want to check it, you could try restoring a backup (to a test/development system or another database instance if possible). It's the only true way to ensure that your backup is reliable.
